How an Enquiry Becomes a Trip
Four steps, and nothing is charged until you have the full cost and what it covers in writing.
You tell us what you want
Your dates, how many of you there are, and the kind of trip you are after. If you have only a vague idea, that is enough to start from — we will ask the rest.
We send an itemised quote
A draft route with realistic drive times, and a price that shows exactly what is included and what is not. This comes back within 24 hours, and there is no obligation to book it.
We adjust until it fits
Swap a stop, add a night, slow the pace down, change the hotel standard. Most plans go through a round or two before they are right, and that is normal.
You confirm in writing
Your booking is held once we have acknowledged it in writing, with the deposit amount and the balance date on the confirmation. An enquiry on its own does not reserve anything.
What helps us answer faster
None of this is required — a one-line message is fine, and we will ask for whatever is missing. But if you already know it, including it saves a round trip:
- Your travel dates, or how flexible they are
- How many travellers, and any children's ages
- Where you arrive and depart (airport or hotel)
- Whether you want a packed route or a slow one
- Anything you particularly want to see, or avoid
- Any accessibility or dietary needs
